Emily is the friendly face you’ll meet at reception, always ready with a warm welcome and a love for animals of every shape and size. With plenty of customer service experience and a touch of English charm, she keeps things running smoothly while making clients feel right at home.

When she’s not at work, Emily enjoys getting creative with pottery (she likes to say she’s really thrown herself into it!) and exploring all that beautiful Te Aroha has to offer.
